To celebrate this milestone, the company produced the special short film "Rising for Love: Hsin Tung Yang," highlighting its long-term partnerships with supported organizations and local young farmers to inspire more people to become guardians of care.

In 1984, Hsin Tung Yang established the Mai's Hsin Tung Yang Foundation to advance educational aid programs for youth and support social welfare organizations. Focusing on disadvantaged students from low-income families and children in remote areas, the Foundation provides resources to build vocational readiness and academic capabilities, strengthening their long-term competitiveness. Supported initiatives include the Guanxi Baseball Team and the Dong'ao Elementary School Archery Team, which Hsin Tung Yang proudly accompanied as they earned a Little League World Series championship and gold medals at the US International Archery Invitational. Furthermore, the Xingfu Children's Home was named in memory of Founder Hsing-Fu Mai. For decades, it has served as a safe haven for children facing family crises, caring for over a thousand youths. Several alumni have even returned as dedicated volunteers, carrying this cycle of care forward.

Hsin Tung Yang also actively collaborates with local Taiwanese smallholders to support regional agriculture and distribution channels. By developing local specialty products and sourcing through contract farming, the company helps dedicated farmers secure stable incomes. In addition to regular farm visits and technical guidance from certified food specialists, Hsin Tung Yang has established "Farmers' Direct Sales Outlets" and weekend "Young Farmers' Markets" across its highway service areas, connecting quality agricultural produce directly with consumers to expand visibility and sales.
