Delivering Summer Warmth and Local Care: Hsin Tung Yang Supports Taipei Xia-Hai City God Temple’s Food Relief Drive
Summer Relief & Ghost Month Charity Campaign
Guided by our core philosophy of "giving back to the society from which we thrive," Hsin Tung Yang has long been dedicated to community charity and supporting vulnerable populations. In observance of the Ghost Festival—a traditional season for gratitude and charitable relief—Hsin Tung Yang actively supported the charity drive organized by Taipei Xia-Hai City God Temple, donating essential pantry items including rice, dry provisions, instant noodles, and cooking oil. Through these direct material donations, we aim to provide tangible nutrition and heartfelt warmth to disadvantaged families and social welfare organizations.
The donated provisions have been delivered to partner organizations, including the Down Syndrome Foundation R.O.C. and Datong District’s Yongle Village office. Further supplies will be distributed through direct deliveries and shipments to remote elementary schools and charitable institutions, offering timely assistance to underprivileged students and seniors in need.
The Ghost Month is not only a cultural occasion to pray for peace and blessings, but also a vital catalyst for turning goodwill into positive social impact. Following the completion of the memorial ceremonies at Taipei Xia-Hai City God Temple, the ceremonial food offerings will be redistributed to nursing homes, orphanages, remote schools, and elder meal-delivery and medical outreach programs.
Looking ahead, Hsin Tung Yang remains steadfast in fulfilling corporate social responsibility. By bridging community compassion with public goodwill, we will continue delivering support directly to where it is needed most, working together to foster an inclusive and caring society.
